The Biggest Block to Happiness and How to Bust Through

Do you wonder why you aren’t happier? Sometimes we feel as if our dreams are coming true, but we still feel like things aren’t as good as they could be.On the flip side, maybe your dreams aren’t coming true as fast as you hoped for.

Maybe you feel like something is missing.

There are certain steps you can take to be happier, and one step in particular that will change everything for you. In today’s video I talk about the one thing you can do to be happier in the moment.

Watch here.

One of the biggest barriers to happiness is we don’t act on inspiration.
Maybe you want to write the book, but you don’t have time, money, or all the experience you think you need. Whatever your goal, trust that the inspiration that comes to you is coming to you for a reason.

When inspiration comes to you, act on it. Taking daily action is the key to happiness. I call it nourish the nudge. In my new book Adventures for Your Soul, I talk about acting on the inspiration by nourishing the nudges daily.

Get in touch with your inner guide and watch your dreams come true.

I would love to hear from you.
What nudge has been coming to you that you can nourish?

Loved find your happy book 🙂
I have started a blog / website and keen to get going but the I.T side of the wepage is proving difficult to progress as there’s no “support contact” to ask how to get a few things set up. Only forums and no help there. (i got mine through WordPress). If this is to turn proffessional i dont know hoe else to organise a helpful way to ensure my website setups the way i wish it to. Ive researched platforms and found wordpress to apparently be one of the best, however its like a diy including all the I.T stuff like adding plugins ect which their are no instructions/advise given. I’ve invested &130.00 for a 12month legit website, security features ect ect.
This is a block for me. any advise how i could move forward with the admin/I.T side of website page? (like how to acces any enquiries that people enter on the “contact me” section/form. – no emails /notifications come through. ive tested it and had friends testing it. nothing.
Im keen to write a book to but am starting with blogging first to get clear on a subject matter.
    Help!!
P.S I love your happy, positive writing attitude 🙂
