We support the prevention of animal abuse and Saving Dogs From the China Dog Meat Trade
Golden Bond Rescue of Oregon, Inc. is a volunteer run, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Golden Retrievers. Their mission is to find caring, adoptive homes for Golden’s in need and to educate the public to prevent the homeless Golden’s of the future.
In 2018 Shannon flew to Beijing China on a Golden Bond Rescue Mission to save 9 Golden Retrievers from the China Meat Trade and Yulin dog festival. She fostered and adopted one from that mission, Chance who is her best friend and adventure buddy. @Chance_GoldenLove
In addition to the China rescue mission, we continue to support ongoing campaigns with financial donations.

We support self-love and empowerment in young girls and women
Girls Inc. focuses on the development of the whole girl. She learns to value herself, take risks, and discover and develop her inherent strengths. The combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment, and research-based programming equips girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers, and grow up healthy, educated, and independent. Informed by girls and their families, we also advocate for legislation and policies to increase opportunities and rights for all girls.
We’ve dedicated a percentage of Self-Love Day Events and The Self-Love Experiment Book Tour profits to helping this organization.
We support Nature Conservation And the protection of endangered animals
For nearly 60 years, WWF has worked to help people and nature thrive. The World Wide Fund for Nature is an international non-governmental organization that works in the field of wilderness preservation and the reduction of human impact on the environment. They collaborate with people around the world to develop and deliver innovative solutions that protect communities, wildlife, and the places in which they live.
Since 2012 We’ve dedicated a percentage of our meditation albums and online courses profits to this organization.
We support the prevention of child abuse and sex traffiking.
Nearly every country on earth has a huge silent epidemic, Human Trafficking, otherwise known as modern slavery, which involves the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act against the will of the person trafficked. Today, there are approximately 50 million people caught in the trap of modern slavery around the world. This includes 10 million children, 15.4 million people in forced marriage, and 4.8 million people in forced sexual exploitation. Our team is a proud sponsor and regular donator to Not for Sale and Our Rescue “Operation Underground Railroad.”
We support environmental-change makers and global peace
Greenpeace exists because this fragile earth deserves a voice. It needs solutions. It needs change. They want to change the way we humans relate to nature and to each other. With a focus on dismantling the broken systems and global power structures that have failed us.
Shannon has been a financial supporter for the past 15 years and supported the campaign to ban commercial whaling, convince the world’s leaders to stop nuclear testing, and protect Antarctica.

We support the safe use and study of alternate healing, plant medicine and psychedelic research.
MAPS is a non-profit organization developing medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics and plant based medicine.
MAPS is studying whether alternate healing-assisted psychotherapy such as ayahuasca and MDMA can help heal the psychological and emotional damage caused by sexual assault, war, violent crime, and other traumas as well as autistic adults with social anxiety, and others related to life-threatening illnesses.
Our team is a regular donator and supporter.
