We as humans are conditioned to work towards things that we want, but a lot of the time when we don’t get what we want, when we want it, we become frustrated, bitter and worse even resentful.
But these emotions that we build up actually hinder the process of manifesting. If we learn to recognize that there is always a plan greater than ours, then we can relax into the journey of life rather than being consumed with the destination.
The trick to manifesting is to always trust that your goal will become a reality. It is a “knowing” deep inside of us that can transcend our experience of life.
The process of manifesting can become frustrating if we don’t see the physical manifestation being realized. But fear not freedom fighters, I have four tips to help you become a powerful example of living your dreams.
Follow Your Inspiration
We often get messages, guidance from our heart that gentle tells us where we should go. Often called a “Gut Feeling,” that nudges us gently. This is guidance that we should always follow. It comes from our soul and leads us to a higher state of joy. Follow that instinct and trust when inspiration strikes.
Take Action
The true trick of manifesting your goals is to take one step at a time. You do not have to know the entire blue print. Just take one step. Because each action we take moves us closer to our true purpose and goal. Each action we take will reveal the next step. We do not have to worry about the big picture just the immediate next step. If we do one thing everyday our future self will thank us for then we are moving towards our goal. Take action until your goal is reached. Don’t worry about how long it takes just keep acting.
Let Go
Part of making your goals a reality is trusting the process. When we put expectations on the goal it hinders the process. Just let go and continue to hold your inspiration and act towards it.
Don’t Give Up Ever
When you are working towards a goal never give up. Most of the time we fail to see our dream realized because we don’t learn how to let go. When you do step one two and three combined with four, you will see your dreams come true. Never give up ever.
So dream on dreamers and watch your goals become a reality.

Shannon, thanks for this VLOG!! I am inspired by your message. The last few months have been really tough. I have been misearable at work and thinkiing I should make a change. Two weeks ago, I decided to rent an office and go into private practice (I am therapist) when school is out (I have been working as a school counselor). I was getting really excited, scared of course, when all of a sudden, my boyfriend of four years got an unexpected expate offer in Japan for three years!! He is leaving as early as late August! I was wrapped in the pain for a good week not knowing if I should just break up with him now or play it out until he leaves. I felt so knocked off balance!! All that dirt was running through my head. How could I possibly be good for others when my own life seems so out of wack? I worked through the pain and anger at him and have decided to enjoy each moment we have together and have faith in the unkown outcome!
So, I will launch my private practice and love Bob as long as I can! Love, love your stuff!!

Amazing. I am so honored that you shared your story with me. Thank you. Our little negative mind can play BIG tricks. Keep holding the faith and believe in you. Also, one lesson I just went through in my romantic relationship was to surrender to the reality. Sometimes we have to let go of things to make room for even better things.
