Your sweet spot is in a position of leadership, but unlike some people in power, you do not lead from a pedestal or stage talking out at your audience (although you make an excellent public speaker, hello TedX talk, yes please), for your leadership style is more about community and possibilities. Consider hiring a mentor to help you craft your message and share it with more people. You can make a fabulous living sharing your personal experience. Whether you want to speak on stages, lead retreats to empower others, or write books, your message and personal experience need to be shared. Your story matters so take action today to be who you are meant to be. Don’t be afraid to just go for it. Seriously apply for the TedX Talk, start writing that book, create the YouTube channel, launch that website. You are ready!
Your resiliency and personal experience and ability to inspire and teach. You lead by example and show people what is possible when you choose love over fear.
What you have been through matters. Your story, your perspective, your unique point of view is important. Share your voice, and show more of the real you. Your future self is always guiding you. Think about your future self and where you want to be in 5–10 years. Now ask your inner guide what steps you can take to get there. Don’t overthink it . . . just let your true self guide you, because your true self is your best self and is always rooting for you.
You can create a business based on your skills and knowledge. As a life coach, course creator, retreat leader, book author and speaker, you have the power to teach others how to improve their lives. Chances are you’ve been thinking it needs to look a specific way and there is a right next step to take, but there isn’t one direct path to your purpose.
So for you, my dear, it is all about authenticity. Be more of your true self, share more of your personal experiences with others and watch how things transform. Not only will you feel more connected to yourself, but you will attract more clients who need what you share. You have an audience or future students who need your message. You are a natural born leader and can teach others. This is your calling, to honor, forgive and learn from all your personal experiences so you can help guide others, and as soon as you implement this, on a soul level, everything will transform for you.
