How to Have Faith When Things Don’t Go as Planned

I have a question for you: What do you long for most?

Happiness, security, abundance, maybe even clarity?

Today I want to share a certain tool that I use in my own daily practice that has helped me reach my goals faster and it can transform your fear into faith.

Last week I spoke with the founder of Las Olas, the company I partner with for my annual spring surf yoga retreat in Mexico. She said we don’t have enough sign ups and will have to cancel.

This is the official announcement that my Mexico retreat this spring is canceled.*

There was a time in my life where I would have taken this cancellation personally. I would have over-analyzed the situation, blamed anything and everything, and felt like a total loser because I couldn’t fill a retreat. But today my self-love game is super strong and my current reality looks nothing like that mental abuse and anxiety.

Instead of being mad, sad or taking it personally, I am truly trusting that all is in right order and ultimately

when things don’t go as planned, it’s because the Universe has a plan greater than ours.

When things don’t work out the way we want them to, it can be easy to fall into worry and feel like we are off track, but in today’s podcast I share the simple trick that helps me stay connected to the big picture and align with my purpose.

If you have a hard time trusting that things are working out for you, you’ll appreciate today’s message: “The Universe Has Your Back.”

Listen here.

You’ll discover how to:

  • turn your fear into faith
  • help yourself feel safe in the face of uncertainty
  • connect to your highest potential
  • trust the journey and learn how to see setbacks as detours in the right direction

The lesson today will help you relinquish the need to control everything so you can relax into a sense of certainty and freedom.

* Of course if you still want to join Las Olas surf yoga camp in Mexico that week, you can email play@lasolas.com and I will still work with you for a complimentary one-hour coaching session as well.
