What I Do Everyday to Stay Happy

Are you sick of settling? Are you ready for change to stick and to truly live your life in ways you’ve only dreamed about?

Most of us spend years, even decades, trying to make goals come true, yet others seem to manifest rapidly. Why is it some are easier to reach?

Do you ever wonder about those big goals that haven’t come true yet? You know what I am talking about, the goals that live in your heart of hearts, like reaching a goal weight and staying there, stopping that sneaky habit hurting your health, making more money and getting out of debt, leaving the job you hate and making a living doing what you love. Maybe you want to meet the love of your life, but no matter what you do, you are still lonely and single. And year after year, these dreams that mean the most to you aren’t coming true.

There is a reason these types of goals are on your resolutions list year after year. But it is possible to change – and this year is the time to do it. It is never to late to be what you wanted for yourself. If you want to step it up and live your full potential, my next online workshop is for you.

When we are clear about our goals and how to achieve them, making them a reality becomes effortless and fun. I learned how to make goals with real soul, from my heart, and that process radically changed my life.

I know what it takes to make goals stick —and what reinvention is really about. I had to reinvent myself and let go of the corporate climber in order to become the person I am today, the real authentic me.

If you want change in your life, do it from a place of acceptance and love. You can’t hate yourself into your perfect body, nor will you find your soulmate from a place of self-pity. You won’t be able to make more money if you don’t appreciate what you currently earn. Whatever your desire is, the inspiration to change and reach a new goal comes from an inner place of wanting to feel a new way. Your emotions can help drive lasting change.

A lot of people ask me how I stay so happy. In today’s video I share my daily practice for happiness.

Shannon thank you so much for that awesome video! I have now added staying in a tree house to my bucket list! What a beautiful place! I could literally sit and just be for hours there! I am embracing your three tips and plan on making this year the best one yet! My word for this year is finish. I start a million things every year, but fail to finish because of work, kids, family, loss of interest, failure to follow through…so “finish” is very important to me! Thank you again for sharing your adventure and wisdom!

Thank you for sharing the treehouse with us and thank you for inspiring me to let go and become my authentic self. I am an older female that reached a goal that I had and things happened that I lost me in the process. It is complicated. I am attempting to move forward and reinvent myself and at my age with some baggage as well as a medical condition it is not easy. I am listening to your tapes and ready your blog and it is helping me realize that I can move forward.

    Happy New Year!
