How to Make A Fabulous Living Doing What You Love

I’m on book tour right now and loving every second of it. It’s such an honor and privilege to turn all of my passions—travel, writing, speaking, and teaching—into a rewarding career. People often ask me how I have so much energy, and the reality is when you do what you love daily it is like fuel to your soul. I am naturally charged up by the work I do, and this makes my life so fulfilling. I don’t feel like I work a day of my life.

Can you imagine doing what you love every single day and being energetically charged from your great work instead of drained?

It’s totally possible, and in today’s message I show you how. Watch the video here:

For me, it wasn’t always this way. A little over five years ago, I felt trapped in my corporate job. I wondered, “How can I possibly make a living doing what I love? “There are some important steps I took to pull myself out of depression and step into my dream job as a writer, teacher, and coach. And I share them on the blog.

Do you feel like you were made for more? Do you wonder how you can turn your passion into a fulfilling career? Do you want to feel charged up instead of drained from your work?

These steps can help.

1. Turn What Can I Get? into What Can I Give?

Many of us struggle on the path to finding fulfillment because we want to reach new levels of success. This means we grasp and ask, what can I get? More followers, more money, more clients, more Facebook likes? Instead, shift your attention to what can I give? This will help you feel more connected to your purpose and feel more joy in the process.

2. Go the Extra Mile

If you are in career transition or ready to turn your purpose into a profit, ask yourself, are you going the extra mile? Are you willing to do what your competition is not doing? Taking action steps forward and being industrious with your efforts will reap tremendous rewards. So for today, what step will you take to go the extra mile?

 3. Find a Mentor

When I first left corporate I struggled until I found a mentor, and our relationship working together changed everything for me. I started working with Gabrielle Bernstein, and she became my writing coach. Working with a mentor is essential for your own personal growth and stepping into your dream career because they can show you the way on the way. Mentors help you understand the process and learn at warp speeds. Working with someone you admire and respect is the key to a good mentorship.

Are you ready to go the extra mile? Take action now. If you dig today’s message, I invite you to watch this FREE VIDEO from my mentor Gabrielle Bernstein. She talks about how to turn your message into a movement.
